FISCAL DEFICIT, WAYS AND METHODS OF ITS OVERCOMING IN UKRAINE

This article examines the economic problem of the budget deficit, the underlying causes, the prognosis of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013-2014. Analyzed the preliminary results of the indicative targets of the consolidated budget for 2013 and 2014, the main tasks for the long-term development trends and the relationship with the general macro-and micro-economic indicators of the economy of Ukraine. Reveals the main factors of the budget deficit, as a measure of the imbalance of income and expenses in a market economy
