MIGRANTS’ INTEGRATION IS AN EFFECTIVE WAY FOR ELIMINATION OF INEQUALITY AND ZENOPHOBIA IN THE HOST COUNTRY

Purpose. The purpose of the research is to identify common factors of immigration processes, possibilities of migrants’ integration to the host country and positive effect and substantiation of necessity state policy concerning migrants’ integration. Methods. Economic-demographical research by the author, experts from Moscow State University after M.I. Lomonosov and research performed by foreign experts are an informational basis of the given research. Results. The carried out research has shown the disregard of migrants’ integration policy brings to tolerance runoff in our society, migrants’ self isolation, escalation of the conflicts between migrants and local citizens and, as a result, to the growth of social tension. Conclusion. To overcome demographic recession, provide further social-demographic development of the country in conditions of globalization the state should create conditions for the development of the so-called “new population” resulting from marriages of migrants and local citizens of the country equal to high reproduction and interethnic tolerance due to good health and multicultural perception.
