Abstract
The article considers the options chains formed by the vertical integration of links to companies engaged in bakery, pasta and flour confectionery production in the Orenburg region. There is an estimation of effectiveness of the options chains by calculating of proportions of distribution of value added among the participants in the process of integration and interaction. The proposed tool is applicable to the practice of strategic management of integrated corporate structures.
