THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE OF THE REMOVAL FROM THE POST OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Purpose. Analysis Institute of impeaching the President of the Russian Federation from his position as a member ?checks and balances? truly democratic state. Methods. The main method used cross-national analysis and retrospective analysis . Results. The paper identifies the need for improvement of the institution in respect of such a base as ?treason? and the possibility of using other institutions of direct democracy in order to establish a real ?people’s power?. Scientific novelty. Based on the experience of foreign countries the authors developed a conceptual and procedural provisions implementing the procedure for impeaching the President of the Russian Federation, as well as the conditions for the application of these provisions.
