Abstract
Purpose. Consideration of the factors influencing the formation of a training system in the enterprise. Methods. The author analyzes the specific training in an industrial enterprise, considering factors that may affect its operation. Results. The author has identified the main factors that influence the formation and operation of the training system in the enterprise. Scientific novelty. Author gives a classification of factors influencing the learning system in the enterprise, based on criteria such as external / internal environment, legislative / economic factors.
