Abstract
Purpose. Analysis of value-semantic orientations of the employee and work efficiency. Methods. Using a valuation technique of semantic differential were identified leading factors: Evaluation, Power, Active, Comfort, Complexity, Orderliness. Results. The article describes the results of a study of value-semantic principles of professional identity, reveals differences in the value structure of managers and specialists, defines semantic basis of professional identity. Scientific novelty. Identified value orientations in the categories of “I’m a professional,” “I’m a possible professional “ and “I’m the perfect professional” revealed the relationship between value orientations in the life and the activities of individuals.
