PROPERTY RIGHT OF COMMERCIAL LEGAL ENTITIES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Relevance of the chosen subject is caused by that in science of civil right there is a need of research institute property rights and proprietary owner of record with respect to the specific types of holders of right, in this case, with respect to juridical person. It is caused by two circumstances. First, this holder of right possesses certain qualities, not characteristic for other holders, in particular, it is indissoluble communication with the settler who can have liability interest in relation to the juridical person or not have any interests. Secondly, the majority of the problems arising at juridical person of various organizational and legal forms in the sphere of real right relationship, are similar by the right nature and have to be considered in set, for the purpose of elaboration of uniform approach to their decision.
