Abstract

In the process of the activity of civilian police as a part of international peacekeeping missions, at various levels, from local police to the highest international diplomatic circles, interfering factors unexpectedly emerge and hinder in crime investigations and strengthening of law and order in the area. The purpose of the paper is identification and systematizing of carriers of positive and negative hidden objectives concerning the success of the international operation. The research resulted in elaboration of hierarchical structure of domestic local armed conflicts teleology, which is needed to enhance the efficiency of international peacekeeping missions.
