Abstract
In the article the essence of the team building, the origin of the concept ?team building? is consi dered; stages of development of team are considered; technologies by means of which there is a formation of team and collective unity are described. The concept ?comfortable psychological climate? is modified in relation to pedagogical collective. The authors presented technological bases of construction of process of creation of comfortable psychological climate in pedagogical collective.
