Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the problematic issues of the transnational companies in the CIS. The goal of the scientific article is to reveal the problems and find solutions to these problems. The academic novelty consists of the new approach to searching problems, ways of solution using a method of comparison, abstraction and specification.
