Abstract
This article is devoted to beauty and local sights of Zubovo-Polyansky district of the Republic of Mordovia. Besides natural monuments and sights some monuments of architecture and archeological finds are considered in this article. For example, history of emergence of Svyato-Varsonofiyevsky convent and a sacred source of "Kazan" Mother of God icon in Mordovian Pimbur is described.
