Abstract
Metastatic malignant melanoma of the urinary bladder is a rare. Two percent of bladder tumors are metastases from other primary tumors. When considering metastasis to bladder, most common primary tumors are melanomas, gastric tumors, and breast tumors. A case of melanoma of the bladder was incidentally discovered in a patient withprimary Malignant Melanoma of chest . The clinical features, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are described. In a patient with malignant melanoma, secondary metastasis to the urinary bladder should be considered while looking for staging of the primary tumour.
