Abstract
Primary ductal eccrine adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of the sweat glands. It usually occurs in middle to old age persons with female predominance. It is essential to exclude cutaneous metastasis from breast ,lungs and pancreas before making an diagnosis of primary ductal eccrine adenocarcinoma. This case is being presented for its rarity as the incidence of skin adnexal tumour is 0.005 percent only
