Abstract
Airway endoscopy is the gold-standard investigation in evaluation of a stridulous child. At times when this investigation is over-relied, missing out on important clinical presentations. Here we report a case of a 7 month old infant with intermittent inspiratory stridor of three months duration. Multiple airway endoscopies were inconclusive. A routine X-ray neck lateral view revealed the widening in the retropharyngeal space
