MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE RESULTS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the development and justification of theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of the innovative potential of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the definition of indicators for assessing the innovative potential of the enterprise and the expert assessment of the scientific and practical level of the proposed development for the implementation of an improved system of indicators in the current enterprise. The relevance of the topic of work is due to the growing competition between enterprises and the need to implement effective methods for assessing the innovative potential of an enterprise to ensure the effectiveness of its functioning in modern economic conditions. The paper considers environmental factors affecting the innovative potential of an enterprise, suggests an algorithm for evaluating the innovative potential of an enterprise, analyzes existing methods for assessing innovative potential, identifies their strengths and weaknesses, The components of the innovation potential of the enterprise are scientifically substantiated, indicators characterizing the scientific, personnel, technical, financial, economic, and information and communication potential of the enterprise are presented, a formula for calculating the synthesis indicator and the corresponding scale of the level of innovation potential of the enterprise are proposed. The work has developed measures to improve the efficiency of the enterprise's operation by introducing in its practical activities a methodology for quantifying the innovative potential based on the calculation of the integral indicator, which will increase the innovative activity of the enterprise and its competitiveness in the market. A scale for assessing the scientific and practical effectiveness of development in the following areas is proposed: novelty, perspective, the potential scale of practical use, the degree of probability of achieving positive results. The weighting coefficients of the corresponding indicators are determined, which allows a comparison of various scientific decisions. On the basis of expert assessment on a scale of four criteria for assessing the author determined the coefficient of scientific and practical level of the proposed development and concluded on the use of methods for assessing the innovation potential in the enterprise.
