FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI YANG MEMPENGARUHIMAHASISWA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA(Studi pada Mahasiswa Kelas Reguler Pagi Politeknik NegeriBatam)

This study aims to determinethe motivation factors to influence on interest in entrepreneurship.Respondents of this research is a student of Batam State Polytechnic from the Department of engineering andnon-engineering. This study using a multiple linear regression analysis, where the analysis tool is used to knowthe extent of the influence of risk tolerance(X1), work freedom(X2), andself-efficacy(X3)to student interest inentrepreneurship(Y). The results of the partialtest showed that risk toleranceand self-efficacy had positive andsignificant effect, however work freedom do not affect significantly the interestin entrepreneurship. While, theresult of the simultaneous test indicated that all independent variable had positive and significant effect onstudents' interest in entrepreneurship
