Abstract
The article presents a method to analize the influence of external factors, focused on companies in the oil and gas sector. The basis of the proposed methodology, which allows to identify both threats and potential opportunities, is a quantitative analysis of objective data. A set of basic indicators is presented, on the base of which the risk analysis has been realized by EXCEL on example of the oil-producing company.
