Abstract
E-Commerce is one of the major application areas in modern settings of organized business systems. However, one of the major concern that restrict its adoption by customers and organizations is internet security. Data was collected 610 call to pick-up customers of 4 e-Commerce organizations in Nigeria using a structured questionnaire. Hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the study revealed that perceived trust and privacy have significant effect on e-Commerce acceptance. Also, internet experience and employment significantly predict e-commerce use. It is recommended that government should take the role of leadership by creating an enabling environment and give priority to the protection of customers' rights to privacy...
