THE SOUTHERN FEDERAL DISTRICT AS AN ACTOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRADE: CONDITIONS AND PROSPECTS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT IN THE WTO

The dynamics and the structure of the Southern Federal District foreign trade are analyzed. The degree of the regions’ participation in the formation of the performance of the foreign trade activity is examined, the dominant raw material character of the export activities of the macro region is illustrated, the dynamics of the changes in the commodity structure of the export is analyzed, the strategic directions of the Southern Federal District’s socio-economic development are examined.
