NON TRAUMATIC PERFORATION OF THIRD PART OF DUODENUM - A RARE CASE REPORT

Abstract
Duodenal Perforation currently accounts for approximately 75 of Peptic ulcer Perforation. Duodenal perforation mostly occur in the first part of about 35 ,other part have equal distribution about 10 15 . Retroperitoneal perforation of duodenum most commonly occur during trauma. But non traumatic perforation of third part of duodenum is very rare. We present a 63 yrs old male who presented with Non traumatic perforation of third part of duodenum with unknown etiology , managed with primary closure and feeding jejunostomy due to poor general condition of the patient.
