Abstract
Jejunal diverticula are a rare entity and usually asymptomatic. However, they may cause chronic non-specific symptoms or rarely lead to acute abdomen. we herein report a case 35 year old man who presented with abdominal pain and vomiting. He was diagnosed as a case of duodenal diverticulum, however intraoperatively found to have multiple jejunal diverticulosis.
