Abstract

Hypopharyngeal foreign body are usually intraluminal. Extraluminal foreign bodies are rare and its removal needs expertise. Here we present a case of hypopharyngeal foreign body which was extraluminal in contrast to the usual intraluminal position. The foreign body was assessed, approached and removed using c-arm image intensifier.
