A 27yr old G2P1L0 with previous intrauterine death with 32 weeks of gestation referred as a case of uncontrolled chronic hypertension with admission blood pressure of 200 by170 mmHg. The only positive finding was a bilateral contracted kidneys. Further evaluation with Renal Doppler and MRI Abdomen reveals a narrow Abdominal Aorta and a diagnosis of MIDDLE AORTIC SYNDROME was made.
