Abstract
INTRODUCTION Overall incidence of Thymoma is approximately 0.15 per lakh population per year. Thymoma is usually a begin tumour from anterior mediastinum. About one third of cases were diagnosed during Myasthenia Gravis evaluation. One third as asymptomatic mass, one third as obstructive features. Myasthenia Gravis is the common para-neoplastic syndrome associated with Thymoma. Ocular weakness is most typical and usual presentation with or without limb involvement, while early or isolated oropharngeal or limb weakness is very rare. Mainstay of treatment of Thymoma with Myasthenia Gravis is surgical resection with adequate preoperative preparations such as plasmapheresis or IV Immunoglobulin.
