In the article, the author notes that the tourism business is considered one of the most profitable in the world. Therefore, the most important methodological problem of management arises – the identification of central potentials that unite and synthesize all other potentials used in the field of tourism. Thus, in our time, the tourist sector is being given more and more attention, since this type of activity is strategic and is in the priority development area of many countries and territories.
