Abstract
The problems associated with the government regulation of industrial structural transformations have been considered. The factors influencing the formation of the mechanisms for the industrial development government regulation have been determined. The basic directions for further industrial development on the basis of state programs, taking into account the use of advanced technologies, have been formulated and substantiated.
