The systematic approach to assessing the fuel and energy complex of the DPR

The article considered the structure of fuel and energy complex of the Donetsk People’s Republic. The systemic nature of the complex on the basis of the relationship between the stages of production of fuel resources - the transformation of fuel resources - consumption of fuel resources and energy has been proved. The necessity of developing the tools for the analysis of fuel and energy complex has been proved. The usage of a single fuel and energy balance has been suggested and substantiated.
