Abstract
Tumours originating from patella are very rare. Giant cell tumour of the patella is still a rare one. A case of giant cell tumour of the patella in a 16 year old female child presented with swelling in the knee. Patellectomy and Quadriceps repair done. Patellectomy has been recommended as the preferred treatment for aggressive benign and stage IA malignant lesions.
