DEVELOPING LABOR RESOURCES OF KAZAKHSTAN IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL MODERNIZATION GOALS

The Strategy of "Kazakhstan-2050" specified in the President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan's way-2050: Common Goal, Common Interests, Common Future", which puts the goals of modernizing the economy and forming industry, transforming Kazakhstan to be the country developed on the principles of knowledge-based economy is considered in the article. The authors analyzed the Addresses of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev for the period from 1991 and data of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republicof Kazakhstan, Statistics Agency, Government programs of employment and poverty reduction in order to update the topic in the modern period, as well as to mobilize working population via their knowledge and opportunities for successful tackle of issues assigned to country.
