Abstract
Numerous studies conducted in recent years, give evidence that functional disorders of the posture are one of the most common abnormalities in the musculoskeletal system. Different aspects of physical rehabilitation, considering the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, try to stabilize the pathological changes of the spine and, nevertheless, reduce them. Posture, as a respondent motor conditioning, is exposed by purposeful educational influence, that requires the methods of an integrated approach and the use of different types of general and specific means of prevention and correction. The detection of these disorders is complicated by the fact that early signs of functional defects in posture are almost invisible, and therefore, essential and clearly pronounced structural deformations of the vertebral column cause a significant concern. However, except for a substantial cosmetic defect, pathology of posture causes complicated morphological and functional changes in the systems of organs, the manifestation of which are: diseases of cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive system, vegetative-vascular dystonias, neurological and psychological disorders; tension of adaptation mechanisms of organism. In addition, morphological disturbances of posture significantly reduce the manifestation of human potential in adulthood, limit the choice of professional education, negatively affect the reproductive function (leading to complications of pregnancy and childbirth), and their rapid progress leads to early disability. This article gives an example of the positive effect of the program of physical rehabilitation on the functional state of the spine of people with a kyphosis. By elaborating a comprehensive program of correction of kyphosis, we have followed such number of requirements: adequacy, reglamentation and strict dosage of physical activity; gradual increase of means to ensure a comprehensive impact on different muscle groups, on all articulation and internal organs; selection of general and special corrective exercises. The analysis of special scientific sources suggests that the programs of physical rehabilitation of people with a kyphosis needs to be significantly improved. And also programs of physical rehabilitation should be adaptated to the specific living conditions, lifestyle, nutrition, socio-economic features and other factors.
