Abstract

To evaluate the effectiveness of the suggestive and educational effects in patients with various forms of ischemic heart disease (IHD) and applied methods of rehabilitation. Materials. Examination of 450 patients with IHD with stable angina pectoris was carried out; they were performed aortic coronary shunting and planned PCI; patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with elevation of the ST segment and patients with ACS with-out elevation of the ST segment. The patients were divid-ed into groups according to nosological forms of the dis-ease; methods of revascularization of reinstating therapy were applied. Clinical and psychological changes were observed in all groups of patients, the effectiveness of applying suggestive methods and education was evaluated through optimization of the internal picture of health. Research results. Evaluating the complaints of patients with ACS without elevation of the ST segment in the process of conservative treatment, it was stated that gradual reduction of manifestations of angina pain syn-drome after 1 month, positive dynamics was noted and in the presence of interruptions in the work of the heart and heart rate. In the course of treatment, the gradual reduc-tion of signs of edematous syndrome and cyanosis in all groups of patients was noted. The dynamics of clinical indices in ACS groups with elevation of the ST segment, who were performed PCI, was more significant. Thus, in the application of suggestive therapy and rehabilitation with optimization of internal picture of health (IPH), it contributed to the reduction of angina pectoris attacks. At the beginning of the treatment of angina pectoris, its at-tacks were observed in 84.0% of patients in the group of application of suggestive therapy and in 80.0% of patients in the application of rehabilitation with optimization of IPH, and after 6 months, the angina pain was noted in 4.0% of patients. Evaluating the dynamics of complaints and objective indicators in patients who were performed CABG, the improvement of clinical symptoms and gradual reduction of angina pectoris attacks in all groups of patients were noted. After 6 months, the angina pectoris attacks were found in 15.0% of patients who used the traditional treatment and in single patients in the use of suggestive therapy and program, respectively in 10.0% and in 4.0%. We have found that the use of suggestive therapy, along with the traditional rehabilitation measures, contributed to the reduction of angina pectoris attacks, palpitations, and shortness of breath. In the group of patients where the interactive training was used to optimize the internal picture of health, the improvement of clinical symptoms was noted after 1 month. These changes were noted after 6 months, which was due to reconsidering and changing the attitude to health, adequate perception of changes in the body, prolonging of the effect and fixing it in outpatient conditions. Conclusions. Using the elements of suggestive therapy against the background of traditional medicinal treatment and physical rehabilitation of patients is accompanied by a decrease of clinical signs of ischemic heart disease and physical rehabilitation of patients; the use of clinical-psychological rehabilitation program for patients in destabilization of IHD promotes positive of both clinical and psychological recovery.
