Abstract
The development of technologies and their dynamic penetration into
business poses ever higher challenges for modern companies. These challenges are primarily related to ensuring a sustainable innovative development and achieving prosperity for the company. At the same time, challenges are emerging that are related to ensuring their cybersecurity. All this necessitates the need to increase cyberculture. It can be achieved by skillful management and appropriate control, including by applying "soft" controls to the soft skills that are at the cyberculture's core.
