Conceptual mechanism of supply chain management on the basis of blockchain technology

The article addresses the issue of ensuring the security of information exchange and the trust of counterparties in the supply chain in the context of the emergence of a digital economy and business virtualization. The solution of the problem might lie in the organization of the relationship of counterparties of the logistics system based on the blockchain technology.In this regard, the paper suggested a conceptual mechanism, the phased implementation of which allows you to optimize the material, informational and financial flow of the supply chain by ensuring transparency of business, reducing corruption and fraud risks, increasing security and confidence due to the full automation of the interaction process.
