Abstract

In fields of economy, population, human resources, production and exports, China is the most important variable of the current global equation, in diplomatic relations or economic issues. Especially since 2000, with the development of the country's economy, it's mass media are rapidly developing and growing. These growth and development are more clear in China's written press (newspapers, magazines, books), audiovisual media, internet publishing, and especially in China National News Agency Xinhua as well. In this study, firstly, start with the relationship between system and mass media, we have tried to explain the mass communication system of China. Then, it is focused on the ownership structure of mass media, how can public use these tools, the using for what purpose and for whom in the most powerful country that the power used to control the government in the west, in this complex structure built with semi-socialist and semi -capitalist concept and governed by presidential system.
