Abstract
Chondroblastomas are rare and benign, but locally aggressive tumors of the bone. It represents 1percent of all bone tumors. It is a variant of giant cell tumor with cartilage. We have treated two cases of chondroblastoma, one involving the proximal femur and another involving the body of talus. For both cases, we confirmed the diagnosis after complete radiological investigation and histopathological examination. First case involving the proximal femur in a 20yr female was treated with complete curettage and bone cementation. The second case involving the body of talus in a 8yr female was treated with complete curettage and filled with allograft harvested from her mother.
