Abstract
The incidence of ovarian tumor in pregnancy is 1 in 1000 deliveries with common being cystic lesions. A 38 years old second gravida with 28 weeks of gestation was presented with acute abdominal pain. She was diagnosed to have left torsion ovarian cyst and left ovariotomy was done. Her histopathology report showed a benign serous cystadenoma. Her pregnancy was continued uneventfully, and followed up. She delivered at 37 weeks by repeat LSCS.
