Modeling of the investment resources spatial distribution in managing the economy of the region with special status

The modeling tools, which are necessary when selecting investment projects for the spatial distribution of resources in managing the region's economy with a special status, have been improved. The model allows to predict the value of gross domestic investment, taking into account the risks of investment. The investment projects effectiveness is evaluated using the net present value of bilateral discounted payment flows. The model has been tested on the economic data of two regions with special statuses.
