Abstract
The article investigates the existing typology of transformational processes, namely: the model of state-market reforming of the early «real socialism», «criminal-oligarchic», liberal- corporate and state-corporate transformation models. Based on the methods of fiscal policy and the state entrepreneurship mechanism, the concept of concept of the transformational economic systems institutional modernization has been developed.
