Abstract
Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) of kidney is a very rare differential for a renal mass. We present a child who presented to us with right renal mass, which was diagnosed and treated elsewhere as Wilms tumour. He was referred to our institute for further management. Repeat imaging and additional investigations led to the diagnosis of a renal AVF.
