Abstract
Şevket Kanat Chinese civilization hosts many non-mainstream religions, such as Islam, Christianity, Judaism and Buddhism. Islam is one of the most important religion in terms of its history and coming to this land. İslam which met with Chinese land during the five dynasties, also formed its own ethnic community there. This ethnic group, called Huihui/Tungan is the second most populous minority group in the main continent. In this article, will be discussed the migration of Islam to the Chinese territory during the dynasty period and the Tungan migration to the Turkestan region after the Hui riots.
