INNOVATIVE SYSTEM AS A KEY ELEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

In modern conditions improvement of agriculture is impossible without activization of innovative activity as a main factor in the system of factors promoting the development and increasing the efficiency of production in market economy. The strategy of formation and development of the innovative system in the industry is directed to creation and mastering of innovations. This allows switching to the new technological structure of production and ensuring competitiveness of companies on internal and external markets. In the present article the author determines conditions and factors affecting the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex (on the example of agriculture) and priority vectors of development of innovative processes in regional agriculture.
