Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of the personnel management in the modern organization in conditions the world economic crisis. It is shown, that due to limited different resources organizations require the revision of traditional approaches to the personnel management taking the role of the personnel in the production process into account. The author offers specific recommendations to improve management effectiveness of organizations in modern conditions.
