CHOICE OF THE BEHAVIOUR STRATEGY IN CONFLICT SITUATIONS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT

The article is dedicated to the actual problem of social psychology, related to the study of the behavior type in conflict situations. Strategies of behavior are studied in ontogenetic aspect. Authors of this article have followed the dynamic of the main characteristics of behavior in a conflict situation of representatives of three age periods: pre-school, primary school and adolescence, as well as set up the most preferred strategies of behavior in the conflict, inherent in each age group. The results will allow the educators and educational psychologists to choose the most effective contents and technologies of social competence development and training, to improve psychological support of education.
