On the question of energy management’s effectiveness increasing at industrial enterprises

Basic assignments and functions of an energy manager in an enterprise structure are tied to some difficulties. The authors redact proposals concerning increasing of energy manager’s work effectiveness and energy management by and large, such as improvement of organizational energy-saving management structure and applying of a process approach to key stages of energy savings optimizing.
