Abstract

Binder based on inorganic polymers for production composite materials by standard techniques is presented. Its components are non-toxic, technology is environmentally safe. The binder is cured at a temperature room, after curing able working in oxidizing environments up to 2000 °C with no emission of toxic volatile substances. Plastics on it based eliminates fire victims from the effects of toxic pyrolysis products of traditional organoplastics, recommended for interior air, land and underground, water and underwater transport devices. A composite material based on system Inorganic – Inorganic recommended as a high-temperature structural material for creating thermal machines with specifications above world level. Chipboard materials on its basis exclude the systematic poisoning of the population toxic secretions of phenol and formaldehyde in the processes of production and functioning an interior living spaces and furniture. Environmentally safe composites that allow restoring the machinery products in potentially explosive areas are examined. As a result of many years of cooperation with the industry it's found that recovery of worn-out equipment and infrastructure businesses of any profile can be achieved by three brands composites of domestic production in the following ratio: Recom-B (basic) of 85 %, Recom-WR (wear-resistant) 5 % and Recom for special purposes 10 %, in which reinforced one of the technical or technological characteristics of basic composition. Most composites of special purpose are replaced by composite of new generation Recom-EU (universal for emergency purposes)
