HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER'S COMMUNICATION MODELS

This paper presents the communication model of the teacher of higher education. The set of tools and methods that ensure the realization of these goals is considered. The following stages of pedagogical communication are distinguished: the prognostic stage, the initial period of communication and the management of communication in the developing pedagogical process. A higher education institution differs from a school in the content of education and upbringing, in a change in their forms. The main function of the university is the formation of the personality of the specialist. And the communication of teachers and students should be subordinated to this goal.
