Thus, the adoption of any public-management decision directly affects the processes of development of societies. Therefore, the article describes the concept of legal acts in the field of environmental protection, emphasizes the attention to state and management decisions, sets out the main approaches to understanding, describes the characteristics of characteristics that are specific to legal acts in the series of environmental protection.
