PROSPECTS FOR RURAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT FOR PERSONS WITH LIMITED OPPORTUNITIES

The article points out the possibility of increasing the volume of tourism activities by meeting the needs of persons with limited opportunities in tourism services, provides a classification of persons with limited opportunities, points to the growing interest in the world in the problems of such a new direction of tourism activities as inclusive tourism. The necessity of paying attention to the needs of disabled people in tourist services is grounded. These are the constituent elements of tourist travel, which are problematic for persons with limited opportunities. It is proved that the circle of persons with limited opportunities is not limited only to persons with disabilities. Distribution of persons with limited opportunities into two groups was made depending on problems with relaxation and recovery. Indicated the feasibility of the development in Ukraine of rural tourism for persons with limited opportunities. A brief description of modern opportunities in Ukraine for the development of rural tourism is given. The advantages of the development of rural tourism in Ukraine for persons with limited opportunities are identified. The importance of the development of rural estates to meet the needs of persons with limited opportunities in tourist services related to recreation and rehabilitation is shown. The requirements to the owners of rural estates and attendants are formulated, which must be met when providing tourist services to people with limited opportunities. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a system for training and retraining the owners and staff of rural estates for the reception of persons with limited opportunities. Proved the prospects of development of rural tourism in Ukraine for persons with limited opportunities.
