Abstract
The proposed methodology for classifying streets according to the level of improvement, tested on the examples of Kyiv and Vinnytsia, enables to analyze the issues, develop and recommend the implementation of the universal methods for solving these issues and improvement of the infrastructure of the streets of certain types, regardless of the size of the city.
