Abstract
The article is devoted to determining the status and place of the European Prosecutor's Office among the institutions of the European Union. The article deals with the risks of establishing the European Public Prosecutor's Office, analyzes the existing normative base of its activities and defines the prospects for the existence and activities of the European Public Prosecutor's Office.
